Mittal Builders and HoABL Partner to Launch ₹8,000 Crore Integrated Township in Naigaon
Mumbai, India – [Date] – Mittal Builders, one of Mumbai’s legacy real estate developers, and The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a new-age real estate brand, have entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) to co-develop an expansive integrated township in Naigaon, Palghar district, Maharashtra. The township will span 70 acres and is set to deliver approximately 65 lakh sq ft of development, with a projected gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹8,000 crore.
The first phase of the project will include over 30 lakh sq ft of development, featuring more than 4,600 residential apartments and premium high-street retail. This initial phase is targeted for launch in the second quarter of FY 2025–26, and involves an estimated investment of ₹2,000 crore, with a projected GDV of over ₹3,000 crore.
The township will be developed in phases over a five-year period, aiming to create a self-sustained, well-connected urban ecosystem tailored to meet the evolving needs of modern homebuyers.
